Lesson Policy

We want to make lessons smooth and fair for both students and teachers. Please read these simple rules before booking:

1. Rescheduling

• You can reschedule a lesson for free if you let us know at least 10 hours before the start time.

• Teachers can also reschedule with the same 10-hour notice.

2. Cancellations

• You can cancel a lesson at any time by sending a message to the contact team or directly to your teacher.

• If you cancel less than 10 hours before the start time, the lesson will be charged in full.

• If a teacher cancels with less than 10 hours’ notice, you get a free rescheduled lesson.

3. Lateness

• If a teacher is more than 10 minutes late, you can reschedule for free.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be marked as absent and the lesson will be charged in full.

• If a teacher is late but still starts the lesson, the full lesson duration will still be provided.

4. Time Zone Awareness

• Please double-check your local time zone when booking to avoid missed lessons.

5. Refunds

• All bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling rules above apply.

6. Lesson Booking & Expiration

You have 2 months from the purchase date to schedule all your lessons. This means that within those 2 months, all your lessons must be booked and added to the calendar, even if the actual lesson dates are later.

7. Package Expiration

To help you stay consistent with your learning, all lessons in your package should be used within 3 months of the purchase date. Any unused lessons after this period will expire.
